Counselling creates understanding and new perspectives where there is confusion and doubts. Counselling is about listening and tuning in to whatever is troubling you and striving to give you the space you need to be able to speak openly and honestly without being judged. It is important to me as a counsellor to help you understand the exact nature of your problem and then support and help you in finding the answers to your own questions and solutions to your own problems. This is the path to self-empowerment which leads to new possibilities and opportunities to make desired changes in your life. In particular, I have a lot of experience in the following areas:
- Getting the best out of yourself to achieve your own goals
- Enjoying your sexuality
- Creating personal fulfillment
- Mourning and working through loss and grief
- Relationship issues (e.g. fear of being left alone and fear of commitment)
- Expressing your creativity
- Learning to say ‘No’ and defining your own personal boundaries
- Finding balance and inner-peace
How many sessions do you need?
Appointments are usually made once a week in the beginning of the therapy and after a a few sessions the frequency can change to once every two weeks. The average number of sessions is about six and the first session is always an intake.
Length of sessions
Counselling sessions last 70 minutes.
The costs listed below also apply for the intake. VAT (btw) is not applicable for individual consultations.
Personal rate: €100
Business rate €135
You may cancel a session 48 hours in advance free of charge. If you cancel a session within 48 hours you will be billed for the price of the consultation.
The costs are partly covered by most additional health insurance packages.
