How can I help you?
I see my work as follows: I help you reconnect to the love you feel for one another by helping you remove the blockages that are in the way. When a relationship isn’t working it is almost like both partners get stuck in quick sand, the more you fight and argue the deeper the relationship sinks. You cannot run away from the problems, it is time to share what you really feel and you have nothing to lose. Relationship therapy can help you learn to communicate with one another in a healthy way so you can understand what the real issues are which have created the problems in your relationship.
In short, you need to understand what is causing the foundation of your relationship to collapse before you can rebuild it.
To achieve this I can help you communicate with one another without blame and judgment and show you how important it is to take responsibility for your own thoughts, feelings and experiences.One of the golden rules of a successful relationship is that there are three truths in a relationship: each partner has their own personal truth based on their feelings, thoughts and experiences and there is a middle ground that I call the relationship truth. My goal is to help you discover the relationship truth, where your two personal experiences meet – this is essential as it creates space for understanding, respect, compassion and forgiveness. In other words, the love you feel for one another can flow again.
How do I work?
I work in both a practical and holistic way. Practical in the sense, that what you learn in the sessions has to be applicable and usable in your daily lives. Holistic in the sense, that you become conscious of the different aspects of your relationship: (emotional, mental, physical and spiritual) and the eventual blockages that lay underneath. I use a number of hypnotherapy, counselling and gestalt techniques and methods.
How many sessions do you need?
Appointments are usually made once a week in the beginning of the relationship therapy and after a a few sessions the frequency can change to once every two weeks, and then after another few sessions to once every 3 weeks. The average number of sessions is about six and the first session is always an intake.
Length of sessions
The relationship therapy sessions last between 75 minutes.
The costs are €160 (incl. VAT) and also apply for the intake. You will receive a payment request (Tikkie) after the session.
You may cancel a session 48 hours in advance free of charge. If you cancel a session within 48 hours you will be billed for the price of the consultation.
There is no insurance coverage.
