My search for the right therapist and therapy was a difficult one as I was not really sure what I needed. So when I went for my first session with Justin I did have my doubts. Fortunately, Justin was able to naturally put me at ease, with and without words. I felt I could trust him and without that I don’t think I would have been able to really open up.
